Credits

Each coaching session in the Acquisition & Contracting Coaching Series is designed as a structured learning event that goes beyond the live one-on-one hour. To ensure meaningful development and alignment with professional certification standards, every session includes three distinct components:

  1. Preparation (1 CLP/CPE): Participants complete structured pre-work (case review, reflection questions, or targeted readings) to prepare for the session and identify focus areas.

  2. Live Coaching (1 CLP/CPE): A one-hour, interactive session with an experienced acquisition expert, focused on real-world problem solving, strategy development, and skill application.

  3. Application & Follow-Up (1 CLP/CPE): Each session concludes with a personalized action plan and applied exercises that reinforce learning and ensure on-the-job implementation.

Total: 3 CLPs (or 3 CPEs) per coaching session.

This structure aligns with DAU and OPM guidance that Continuous Learning Points may be awarded for classroom instruction, structured self-study, and job-related application activities.
