This has been one of the most enjoyable training experiences at CMS and I have been here 25+ years. 

  • You provide great information!!!

  • Ask participants with experience to share personal experiences

  • You share great short but very informative videos to break up any potential monotony and keep in so interesting!

  • You are so knowledgeable you could just speak so much off the top of your head, it is so impressive to hear and watch

  • YOU HAVE 10 minutes breaks each hour!!!!! Oh my gosh that blessed me!  It gives you a minute to REFRESH (attention span…lol), check emails, return a call, grab coffee, restroom break throughout the entire day versus watching your clock for lunch or 2 short breaks during the entire day.  And you took the breaks SERIOUS, versus some trainers not understanding the need.

  • You prepared us for the EXAM!!! Bless you!  It really gave us the opportunity to focus on enjoying the training!!!

  • Even giving us the option to have conversations in the chat or verbally, as long as we stayed engaged was so appreciated!
